My last try with BA...



My open Letter to BA:

Hi,

Unfortunately, I had to make a complaint against BA a couple of months ago with regards to a London to San Francisco business trip that I took with the airline.

I blogged about this flight and described all the issues I encountered. The blog has been extremely successful in term of receiving attention from the press and other BA customers.

However I am considering taking a last chance flight with BA in the hope that the service and flight has improved enough to change my mind about BA.

BA was one of my favourites in the past yet I am feeling very anxious about flying with BA again. I really hope that this trip is better than the last otherwise it will have to be my last business trip with the airline.

I am also reluctant to have to share any possible negative experience on my blog again.
